Our Event planning services include the following:
-Site visit to your venue or home.
-A meeting to discuss your vision. Share your ideas and Pinterest inspirations!
-Coordination of all your vendors and rentals
-Day of setup three hours before your event with an assistant .
-We either stay during your event to keep things on schedule or we can leave and give you your privacy.
-Clean up and rental return coordination.
-We include our candle holders, hurricane glass, and cake stands in our fee. All other rentals require an additional fee.
Cost is $1300
Congrats on your upcoming nuptials! Wedding coordination packages include the following:
- A meeting to discuss your vision and plans
- A meeting two weeks prior to your wedding to discuss timeline and vendors
- We will gather your liability forms from your vendors
-Venue walk thru (and map of where things should be placed)
- Rehearsal attendance
- Arrival 3 hours before your wedding
- Assistant for 6 hours (3 before the wedding and 3 hours during the wedding)
- Set up and check in your vendors
- Coordination of wedding ceremony and reception
- Clean up and pack up gifts
- We offer access to small rental items (cake stands, candle holders, hurricane glass, etc,)
Cost is $1500
Are you interested in creating a dinner party inspired by a trip to Paris? Or maybe you want a simple modern look for your husband's birthday celebration. This package allows us to create a unique tablescape with your vision in mind. We can also help you create your vision for your child's birthday picnic.
Cost is $250 (plus the cost of rentals)
We want to help you create a romantic and unique proposal for your loved one. Let’s work together to create a memory that lasts a lifetime!
Cost is $450 (Our rentals are included in this fee)
