Free Spirit Gatherings would love to help celebrate the holidays in a special way! Whether your event is big or small, Free Spirit Gatherings will make it unique and wow your guests like never before! Below are some inspirations for some style options to inspire for your special event. You can choose to have just the tablescape to add to your own table, or we can provide a picnic experience (this includes our low picnic table, blankets, and pillows). Additionally, we can provide our locally made wood tables and solid cross back chairs for you to choose from. This flexibility allows our clients to pick and choose what works best for them! Our parties are full service, which means we bring everything to your home or venue and set up for you on the day of your event. Our parties can accommodate up to 24 people (some larger based off options) If you prefer a DIY option at a discounted rate, please see more details on our Frequently Asked Page. We don't rent the individual tables due to limited availability and we have a $200 minimum.
